[Resolved] Single-domain SSL certificates activated for WWW subdomain are issued without free SAN for now.

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that single-domain SSL certificates activated for www.example.com are issued without free SAN (bare domain name - example.com) for now.

Please activate your single-domain SSL certificates for bare domain names in order to have free WWW SAN.

If you have the SSL certificate issued for WWW subdomain only (without bare domain name SAN), please perform the reissue.

We are  in the middle of negotiations with COMODO CA. Once we have any updates, we will let you know via this status post.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Should you have any questions or require any assistance, please contact our team via chats and tickets.

Kind regards,

SSLs.com Support Team.
