[RESOLVED] Upstream Provider Emergency Maintenance - November 23

Dear Customers,

Our upstream provider is currently performing an unscheduled maintenance.

The maintenance can affect some SSL activation and reissue processes resulting in errors.

If you receive error  "There is an error in XML document (1, 2)", please try to activate/reissue your certificate again.

The maintenance will not affect existing, new, pending or issued SSLs in any way.

Unfortunately, there is no ETA at the moment. We will post updates every hour.
