[RESOLVED] SSL Certificates status updates with delay - December 18, 2017

Dear Customers,

At the moment all SSL certificates statuses in the Account Panel are updated with a delay.

This does not influence the certificates themselves. Once a new SSL is issued, it will be sent via email, in some time it will be available for download in the account as well.

If you need to proceed with the reissue, however your order is not available in the account, please do not hesitate to contact the Support Team for assistance.

Once the issue is resolved, we will update you via this status post.
