Will my certificate be canceled if I do not answer an approver email?

Comodo (now Sectigo) certificates are not being rejected, if not approved and can stay pending eternally unless you request cancellation by submitting us a ticket.

Please be aware that according to our Policy the cancellation request should be sent to SSLs.com within 90 days from the purchase date. If the cancellation request is submitted after the 90 days period is over, the refund will not be issued.

NB! If you have an issued SSL certificate in your account which you would like to cancel and receive the refund, please make sure the following requirements are met:

  - the cancellation request is submitted within 90 days after the purchase, AND
  - request for the cancellation of the issued certificate falls in 15 days period,
  - the order got activated and was unsuccessful in issuance (rejected by CA or in the middle of the validation process).
