I did not setup a valid mailbox for the approver email address during activation. Can you resend it?

Once you finish activation of the certificate, the order will be in status of pending creation on the Certificate Authority’s side. You will need to allow up to 15 minutes for an order to be created and an approval email sent.

In case you did not receive an approval email at the address you chose (one of the generic emails associated with the domain name (webmaster@, postmaster@, hostmaster@, administrator@, admin@ or whois email), you need to contact our Support Team providing your order ID which can be found at : hover your mouse over your username in the right top black bar > choose “Purchased certs” > locate the necessary certificate in the list > Copy the Order ID and paste it in into the chat window or submit a ticket with us describing your request.
