I didn't get my approval email address, what should I do?

In case you have not received an approval email at the address selected during certificate activation (one of the generic emails associated with the domain name (webmaster@, postmaster@, hostmaster@, administrator@, admin@ or email address listed in whois information)) then you need to contact SSLs.com support team.

To make your interaction with support team more prompt and efficient prepare ID of the certificate an approval email should be resent for.

To find the certificate ID open the dropdown menu in the top right corner of the home page and click on “Purchased certs”. Cert ID is the number in first column. Below the Cert ID you can also see the Order ID:
