[Resolved] COMODO CA Emergency Maintenance - 21st January 2016

Our COMODO upstream provider is currently experiencing issues with their signing servers.

As a result, the certificates may be issued and delivered with a delay.

Unfortunately, we do not have ETA regarding the issue resolution.

We keep in touch with COMODO CA technical support and will be glad to keep you updated.

Regretfully,  the mater with COMODO CA certificates issuance still persists.

We are in constant contact with COMODO CA Technical Team . The issue is being monitored and checked by them. As soon as we have any updates or definite ETA we will let you know.

update @ 08:31 UTC | 3:31 AM EST We are glad to let you know that the issue is now resolved. All affected certificates are now issued and sent to admin contact email. All new certificate orders are issued shortly after validation is completed. Thank you for your great patience! update @ 12:38 UTC | 06:38 AM EST Unfortunately the issue was not completely resolved and the certs may be issued with a delay. We keep in touch with Comodo CA, they are aware of this issue and working on its resolution. Once your certificate request is validated (email verification and/or organization validation is complete) it may take up to 40 minutes for your certificate to be issued.
