[RESOLVED] COMODO Upstream Provider Unscheduled Maintenance - September 16, 2018

Dear Customers,

Our upstream provider COMODO is currently performing an unscheduled maintenance.

As of now, approval emails and emails containing issued certificates may not be sent or are received with significant delays.

We apologize for the inconveniences this may bring.

You can contact our Support Team in order to change the validation method and receive proper assistance on the process. As for issued certificates, you can always download them in your Namecheap account. A guide on the process can be found here

Once we receive any updates on the issue from COMODO, we will let you know.
